
I have completed trainings in Hatha Yoga, Pranayama, Rocket yoga, Mandala yoga, meditation, prenatal yoga, postnatal yoga, yoga with mom and baby, yin yoga, barre and reformer pilates. But regardless of these (approximately 835) hours of training, I have a passion to help people and be a positive energy in our lives.
I want to share my love and passion for these beautiful practices. I want to create a community and space based on love and support and welcome all people to join me as we grow and learn from each other.
Originally from Los Angeles, California, I now live with my family near Frankfurt, Germany. Before I began my journey to become a yoga teacher, I worked as an attorney for many years in big law firms. After having three kids, ending my marriage, leaving my job and experiencing tremedous loss, I turned to yoga and meditation. Connecting to my breath, body and spirit allowed me to reclaim myself and my life. I rediscovered who I am and who I want to be.
I realized that everyone struggles, that we all need a village. Having moved to Germany, I no longer had my traditional family around me. My friends became my family. They helped me through a darkness I have never known and hope to never experience again. The love I feel for them is just as deep and meaningful as any other love I have expereinced in my life.
I want to be the village that I didn't know I had. I want to support anyone in whatever life circumstance they find themselves. Life is so beautiful if we focus on the present moment. Right here and now, if we can redirect our attention to our mind, body, spirt and breath. With love, as love, we can live a fulfilled life, content with the ups and downs, grateful for our struggles, because they give meaning to our sucesses.
I offer a wide range of group classes including Mandala, Yin, Hatha, and Vinyasa flow. All levels of experience are always welcome.
I also offer community yoga once or twice a month in Frankfurt. No cost, just bring your own mat, breathe and move with me.
As a qualified Barre teacher, I love to move and strengthen my body combining elements from yoga, pilates, meditation and ballet. These classes are challenging but fun and a great way to stretch and tone your muscles.
Whether you're new to yoga and want me to help you find a flow you can do at home or you're an experienced yogi and want to challenge yourself and take your asana practice to the next level, I am available to help! You can book private classes or small group classes, catered to your own needs and goals.
Having been pregnant three times, I am fully aware of how the body and mind changes during this transformative time. As a qualified pre-natal yoga teacher, I would be honored to guide you through this unique part of life and help you see and feel the beauty of pregnancy, connect to your baby, and prepare for the birth of your choice.
Taking care of your body after baby is one of the most important decisions you can make for the health of your family. My personal experience as well as training qualifies me to help you through this challenging phase of life. I can help you reconnect to your body and recover from pregancy and birth while you juggle this transition into motherhood.
Stillness of the mind is a gift. My guided meditations can help calm your mind and spirit and bring you back to the present moment and your body.
